- If I could give Mike and his team unlimited stars, I would. Last Thanksgiving our furnace went out. We had no heat for a week. Instead of letting us freeze, he brought in space heaters for us to use until he could get the job done. Once he had everything he needed, he was timely and professional and not to mention clean! As clean as a furnace replacement can be in a dusty basement anyways! We just purchased new appliances and switched to natural gas, he came in, took some information down and gave us a quote. His team came today, two gentlemen, a younger guy and slightly older gentleman with I believe a French accent, and did a wonderful job getting our previously electric range to a natural gas range. They came early, took a short bit to get some last minute supplies, and came back and worked diligently. Before they left, they tidied up any mess they made and showed me where the shut off was and general range instructions. The amount of professionalism Mike and his team has is incredible and difficult to find in this kind of business I feel. But it is clear to me he seeks skilled and friendly people to assist him.
